Cooperation

Memorandum on Interaction and Cooperation was concluded on 25 November 2018 in Kyiv with the aim of building e-democracy in Ukraine, increasing public participation in decision-making, and strengthening the transparency and accountability of government bodies.

The document is based on the principles of mutual respect and partnership, openness, transparency and legality; it takes into account the "Open Government Partnership" initiative and the Concept for the Development of E-Democracy in Ukraine (CMU order No. 797-r dated 08.11.2017).
