Privacy and cookie policy

Ця сторінка пояснює, які дані обробляє ВАІБІТ, на якій правовій підставі та як ви можете керувати згодою згідно з GDPR та законодавством України про захист персональних даних.

1. Data controller

2. What data we process

  • Contact form data (name, email, company, message): to respond to your enquiry.
  • Server technical logs (IP, user-agent, request time): for site security and stability.

3. Legal bases (GDPR)

  • Art. 6(1)(b): performance of a request / pre-contractual steps (contact form).
  • Art. 6(1)(f): legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention, necessary cookies).
  • Art. 6(1)(a): consent for optional cookies (functional, analytics, marketing).

4. Cookies

Optional cookies and related scripts (analytics, marketing, functional) are not set or loaded until you give explicit consent. By default only necessary cookies are enabled.

Categories:

  • Necessary: site operation, security, language, storing your cookie choice. Do not require consent.
  • Functional: extra convenience features (only with consent).
  • Analytics: visit statistics, for example Google Analytics / Tag Manager (only with consent).
  • Marketing: advertising pixels, for example Meta Pixel (only with consent).

You can change or withdraw consent at any time: open cookie settings.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Ukraine: the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights). To exercise your rights, email the controller.

6. Retention

Form messages are kept as long as needed to reply and for business correspondence. Cookie consent is stored in your browser (localStorage / cookie) until withdrawn, cleared, or expired (up to 12 months).

7. Data transfers

If you consent to analytics or marketing, some data may be processed by service providers (for example Google, Meta) under their policies. Without your consent those services are not loaded on the site.

8. Updates

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page. After material cookie changes, you may be asked to confirm your choice again.
